Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, if the Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth package furniture: Unlimited 4, 6 or 8 ft tables and risers included, 2026
- Liability insurance: $1 million coverage suggested for every exhibitor, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When 2027 dates are published: Reserve space with Clarion and send us your booth number, package and product list.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: grid walls, riser layout, header and lighting agreed.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; EAC application and insurance filed with Clarion.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse with the labels from the 2027 exhibitor manual.
- Move-in days before opening: RPMxpo delivers from the warehouse; our project manager builds the booth inside the black drape.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: The 2026 show runs four days; after the 2027 close we pack out and return the booth to storage.

Checklist
- Reserve 2027 space with Clarion's sales team once dates post
- Note booth number and choose the tables and risers in your package
- List apparel, souvenirs and decor to show, with imprint samples
- File the liability certificate with Clarion Events as holder
- Submit the EAC application with insurance before the deadline
- Ship all freight to the advance warehouse with the manual's labels
- Book rooms through Connections Housing
- Email Purple your logo, price sheets and product shots
