Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your Hardlines Supplier Event booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the Hardlines Supplier Event space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Hardlines Supplier Event
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Las Vegas Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- LVCC parking: $15 per day with in-and-out privileges, March 2026
- Material handling: Billed per cwt, 200 lb minimum per shipment (LVCC practice)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late December 2026
- November to December 2026: Space booked with RX sales; we plan the capability wall, sample shelving and meeting table for your footprint.
- Late December 2026: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in; Exhibitor Profile drafted in the Exhibitor Hub so booth graphics match it.
- January to early February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub over 30 to 45 days; EAC paperwork filed once the HSE exhibitor manual opens.
- Early February 2027: Freight ships to the advance warehouse, which typically accepts crates about 30 days before move-in.
- March 7–8, 2027: Exhibitor registration opens on site Sunday at noon and Monday at 8 a.m.; your project manager has the booth built and tested.
- March 9–10, 2027: Show days, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Executive Circle buyers from 9 a.m.; dismantle after the Wednesday close.

Checklist
- Book space with RX sales and confirm your booth size
- Complete every field of the HSE Exhibitor Profile, including capabilities, certifications and product categories
- Pick up to 10 buyer organizations for Supplier Review once recommendations arrive
- List sample kits, certificates and factory photos for the capability wall
- Send us the exhibitor manual when HSE opens it so we file the EAC form
- Register booth staff with photo ID; no one under 18 may attend
- Staff the booth by 9 a.m. for Executive Circle early access
- Book rooms through Connections Housing when the 2027 block opens
