Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Heart of America Eye Care Congress)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the Heart of America Eye Care Congress space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Heart of America Eye Care Congress
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Heart of America Eye Care Congress venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, 10×10: $2,650 with a $250 non-refundable deposit, 2027 prospectus
- Booth space, 20×20 island: $13,250 with a $1,750 non-refundable deposit, 2027 prospectus
- Late payment: $250 administrative fee after January 9, 2027; $500 if paid after the Congress
- Registration packet insert: $400 for exhibitors, $1,000 for non-exhibitors, per one-page ad, 2027
Key dates
- Booth fees due in full: January 9, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off for the backwall graphic, counter and any island kit; send your booth size and whether you sponsor.
- January 9, 2027: Booth fees due in full to avoid the $250 administrative fee; registration-packet inserts due the same day.
- January 10, 2027: Exhibits directors assign booths; we place your graphics against the actual neighbors and aisle.
- Early February 2027: Kit packed, tested and shipped to your team or the hotel; George Fern furniture and carpet ordered.
- February 19, 2027: Setup from 8 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., exhibitor welcome meeting at 2:15, hall opens at 2:45 p.m.
- February 20, 2027: Second hall day from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., grand prize drawing at the close, then teardown and the kit returns to storage.

- Send your logo, product list and the one device or frame line to feature

- Register booth staff in the Exhibitor Portal; five badges come with each booth
- Book rooms at the Sheraton Crown Center through the Congress link
- Plan staffing around the doctor and para exclusive hours
- Decide whether to buy a registration-packet insert by January 9
