Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to International Housewares Association
- Material handling at McCormick Place, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for The Inspired Home Show
- Booth cleaning and any union labor McCormick Place requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $24.50 per sq ft members, $44.00 non-members, 2027 rates
- Premium Member Space: $34.50 per sq ft, 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft, 2027
- Pipe-and-drape package: 10×10 $4,500; 10×20 $7,900, membership included, 2027
- Drayage: About $210 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late December 2026
- November to mid-December 2026: Confirm your space assignment with IHA; send us product dimensions, demo power needs and the categories you show.
- Late December 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: demo counters, endcap mock-ups, meeting room and hanging sign drawings.
- January to early February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with demo counters wired and tested.
- By the kit's deadlines, February 2027: Labor, electrical and material handling orders filed from the Exhibitor Services Kit; crates ship to the advance warehouse.
- Move-in days before March 9, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the booth while your team stocks product.
- March 9–11, 2027: Show days, then dismantle after the Thursday close and freight to storage or Atlanta for January 2028.

Checklist
- Confirm your South or North Hall assignment and booth number with your IHA sales manager
- Decide between raw space and an IHA pipe-and-drape package
- Send product dimensions, weights and the electrics you will run in demos
- Enter new products in the New Product Showcase before IHA's deadline
- Download IHA's 2027 Exhibitor Services Kit as soon as it posts
- Book staff rooms only through onPeak
- Pay only to the bank account on your original IHA invoice
- Plan storage so the booth can travel to Atlanta in January 2028
