Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to International Surface Fabricators Association)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ISFA Annual Conference
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Meal and reception sponsorships: $5,000 each (welcome reception, breakfast, lunch), 2026
- Awards dinner sponsorship: $5,500, 2026

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the 2027 conference
- When ISFA announces 2027: Reserve your Expo Gallery table on ISFA's site early; in 2025 only a few spots remained before the show.
- About 10 weeks before the conference: Design sign-off: tabletop riser, backdrop, edge and cutout samples and graphics approved.
- 8 to 4 weeks before the conference: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; samples cut and mounted for travel.
- About 2 weeks before the conference: Kit ships in cases to the conference hotel, labelled for ISFA and your table.
- Expo Gallery days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Set-up by hand before the first break; in 2025 the gallery opened on the Wednesday and Thursday.
- After the conference: Kit packed and returned to Fishkill, or shipped on to SURFEX or TISE.
