Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late December 2026
- Now to December 2026: Reserve the Table Top or Booth Package through ISPE sales; we draft a display for your footprint.
- Late December 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before the meeting, with sample parts and literature confirmed.
- January to early February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; the kit is packed in rolling cases.
- Mid-February 2027: Freight booked to the hotel's receiving window or the warehouse ISPE names.
- The day before March 9, 2027: Our project manager sets the display and checks power and lighting once ISPE confirms move-in.
- March 9–10, 2027: Conference days; afterward we pack out and store the kit or send it on to INTERPHEX.

Checklist
- Choose the Table Top or Booth Package and request pricing from ISPE sales
- Pick two or three sample parts that show your aseptic technology at the table
- Write the one-line identification sign wording if you take the Booth Package
- Decide who staffs the hall and who buys full registration for sessions
- Prepare a second message for 503B compounding attendees
- Book rooms through ISPE's block at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City when the link opens
- Sign off the display by late December 2026
