Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Dallas Market Center
- Material handling at the Dallas Market Center (World Trade Center, Floor 8), when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- KidsWorld Temps space: $1,600 for 50, 75 or 100 sq ft as available, January 2027
- Deposit: 35% of total booth cost with the contract, 2027 prospectus
- Fixture storage: Free between markets when you renew with the deposit, 2027 prospectus
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Early November 2026: Space size chosen with DMC's KidsWorld leasing manager; contract signed with the 35% deposit.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off: rack plan by age group, gift shelving, graphics and any added lighting.
- December 2026: Production and graphics printing; fixtures packed to the WTC 5×8-foot freight limit.
- Early January 2027: Freight ships to Kids World Studio, Suite 8701, labeled with your booth number.
- Days before January 19, 2027: Our project manager sets the space, merchandises racks and checks lighting before opening.
- January 19–22, 2027: Market days; Temps close at 3 p.m. Friday and we pack out for storage or the March 16–19 market.

Checklist
- Choose 50, 75 or 100 sq ft with DMC's KidsWorld leasing manager, based on availability
- Count racks and hangers by age group for your spring line
- Plan a gift table for bundles, rattles, blankets and boxed sets
- Label every carton for Kids World Studio, Suite 8701, with your booth number
- Keep crates under 5×8 feet and 7 feet 8 inches high for the WTC
- Send product images to DMC marketing without logos, at 300 dpi
- Renew for March 16–19 to keep fixtures in free DMC storage
