Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Loft Eyewear Events Corp.
- Material handling (drayage) at the Chelsea Industrial and High Line Nine, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Chelsea Industrial and High Line Nine
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Chelsea Industrial and High Line Nine requires it
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: December 2026
- December 2026: Design sign-off: tray layout, lighting and case sizes agreed against your sample count.
- January 2027: Production in our shop; frame trays fitted to your actual frames and lighting tested on acetate and metal.
- Mid-February 2027: Display delivered for a dry run at your office, or held for delivery to West 28th Street.
- March 4–6, 2027: LOFT New York in Chelsea; our project manager delivers the cases and helps set the table.
- March 7, 2027: Cases collected and routed to EYECON or on to Vision Expo in Las Vegas.

Checklist
- Confirm your participation and table or space details with Loft Eyewear Events
- Count the frames you will show and which go face-out
- Pick one brand material and one color for the display
- Decide whether you also show at EYECON or Vision Expo the same month
- Plan who staffs the table and how the samples lock away overnight
- Book hotels near Chelsea and Hudson Yards early for March 4–6
- Prepare line sheets and an order form for boutique owners
