Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to McKesson Corporation)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Mandalay Bay, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Mandalay Bay
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Mandalay Bay requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-April 2027
- Now to early 2027: New companies submit McKesson's ideaShare 2027 interest form; returning exhibitors register through the Exhibitor Hub. We plan a footprint with you in parallel.
- Mid-April 2027: Design sign-off, including the order counter, Showcase category graphics and any shelving for front-store products.
- Late April to May 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas shop; graphics printed and the booth test-built.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight goes to the general contractor's advance warehouse; electrical, internet and lift orders placed with the exhibitor kit.
- Days before June 24, 2027: Your Purple project manager runs the install at Mandalay Bay with the union labor; the booth is lit and stocked before the floor opens.
- June 24–27, 2027: McKesson ideaShare 2027; after the floor closes we dismantle and return the booth to our Las Vegas storage.

Checklist
- Submit McKesson's ideaShare 2027 exhibitor interest form, or register through the Exhibitor Hub if you exhibited before
- Pick your space from the 10×20, 20×30, 30×30 or 1,200-square-foot options and send us the size
- Decide which Product Showcase category your lead product competes in
- Set your ideaShare show special and how attendees will order it on the floor
- List the front-store products that need shelving or endcaps in the booth
- Sign off the design by mid-April 2027
- Book staff rooms once McKesson opens the Mandalay Bay hotel block
- Send logos, product files and order forms to Purple
