Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling (drayage) at the venue, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for NAWLA Traders Market
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Booth space (2026): 10×10 $2,495, 10×10 corner $2,995, 10×20 inline $4,990, 10×20 corner $5,490
- Private Meeting Room (2026): $6,000 standard, $8,000 premium
- Registration (2026): $699 member, $999 non-member at the regular rate, per person
- Sponsorship (2026): Bronze $5,000 to Diamond $17,500
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before set-up
- When NAWLA opens 2027 booth sales: Choose a 10×10 or 10×20, inline or corner, and decide on a Private Meeting Room.
- About 10 weeks before set-up: Design sign-off: backwall graphics, sample counter, carpet or floor, lighting.
- 6 to 4 weeks before set-up: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; sample end cuts mounted and labeled.
- When the Exhibitor Service Manual is out: Freeman orders for carpet, electrical and freight filed; staff registrations completed.
- Set-up day: Our project manager installs the booth during exhibitor set-up, before the Welcome Party.
- Final morning, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Move-out starts after the closing brunch; the kit packs for storage or the next lumber show.
