Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your NRF Retail's Big Show booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the NRF Retail's Big Show space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center requires

- Startup Hub 10×10: $7,000 members, $8,000 non-members, 2027
- Innovators Showcase 10×10: $8,000 startup, $10,000 member, $12,000 non-member
- Non-retail Expo Pass: $2,000 or $3,200 by Dec. 30, 2026
- Drayage planning estimate: About $195 per cwt, 2026–2027, 200 lb minimum
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Booth space from NRF's sales team and design sign-off; we plan demo stations and rooms against the 2027 floor plan on Map Your Show.
- November 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days: frames, fabric graphics, demo counters and meeting rooms.
- December 2026: Contractor, electrical, rigging and EAC orders filed from NRF's exhibitor resource center; staff registered before NRF's December 10 refund date.
- Late December 2026: One consolidated, crated shipment from Fishkill to the warehouse or marshaling window in NRF's kit.
- Move-in, days before January 10, 2027: Our project manager supervises union carpenters, electricians and riggers and tests every demo before opening.
- January 10–12, 2027: Show days, then teardown and freight out; the booth returns to Fishkill, 70 miles north, for storage.

Checklist
- Contact NRF's sales team for space or a Startup Hub or Innovators Showcase package
- Decide on demo stations, meeting rooms and network needs for live software
- Name Purple as your exhibitor-appointed contractor when NRF's 2027 kit opens
- Register staff and keep the December 10, 2026 refund date in mind
- Invite retail customers to book the free Retail Expo Pass by December 30, 2026
- Book meetings with retail prospects for January 10 to 12
- File any filming request with NRF for written approval
- Book hotels in Hudson Yards or the west 30s early; NRF week sells out
