What makes PNDC different, and how we build for it

PNDC is the Washington State Dental Association's annual meeting, and its exhibit hall is where Northwest practices do their shopping. Attendees come for 20-plus CE credits in three days, then walk the hall on Thursday and Friday between lectures and hands-on workshops. WSDA and its event management partner SH Worldwide keep the floor busy with product and technology demonstrations, the prize raffle and the exhibit hall happy hour, with WDIA as title partner. The hall runs 9 am to 6:30 pm on both days at Summit, and Saturday courses move to the Hyatt Regency Seattle. The floor is mostly 10×10 and 10×20 booths, so one clear demo and a counter people can reach beat raw square footage.

Dentists and practice owners

A short demo with a visible start and finish, the real chair, scanner or handpiece in reach, and a stool where pricing and financing can be discussed away from the aisle.

Hygienists and dental assistants

Hands-on time with instruments and consumables, samples they can take back to the practice, and staff who answer clinical questions instead of reading a brochure.

Office managers and practice teams

A clear picture of software, billing and practice-service workflows on a screen the whole team can read together, plus a follow-up route for the decision maker who stayed in the lecture.

Purple in Seattle

Local crew, national shop

Purple builds in Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas, NV, ships to every hall in the United States and installs on site with our own project manager and local labor. For Seattle we book freight targets, coordinate the general contractor and run a pre-show QA so your team can just show up.

Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA. Your booth ships from our production shop in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub, and our project manager is on the floor for install and dismantle.

Booth options for PNDC 2027

Pick a footprint. We’ll price it as a rental, a custom build, or a hybrid.

PNDC is a regional hall built from 10×10 and 10×20 inline booths, with a small number of 20×20 islands from the big equipment and DSO players. Most Purple clients here take a 10×20 with one demo station and a counter, or a 20×20 when a chair or delivery unit has to be on the floor.

All-in 2026 ranges for design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle; booth space, drayage and show services are separate. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show. Designing for dental equipment, digital dentistry and practice-service brands at PNDC

Four things we get right for PNDC exhibitors

A female dental professional standing in a modern clinic setting

Plan around the real chair

A chair, delivery system or cart needs far more floor than its base. We lay out from the actual equipment dimensions, add operator and observer clearance, and mark which units are display only and which run live, so power and water are ordered once and correctly.

Orient the screen for a team

Dental teams visit together. We angle scanner and software screens so two or three people read the same content without a rep blocking the view, keep a small secondary display for individual operation and load an offline version of every demo in case hall connectivity drops.

Build a counter for hands

Hand samples, instruments and small products go on a counter sized for the sample, the visitor's hands and a label. Storage doors open on the staff side, restock stock stays inside the furniture, and nothing is so deep that a hygienist has to lean across to see it.

Pack for a two-day reset

PNDC gives you Thursday and Friday, so the booth has to look identical on both mornings. We ship demo gear in fitted trays with labeled connections, write a setup sequence for your staff and include a backup media kit so the handover between shifts takes minutes.

Summit - Seattle Convention Center · Seattle

Logistics for PNDC 2027, handled

Summit is the Seattle Convention Center building at 900 Pine Street, in the middle of downtown, with the Hyatt Regency Seattle and the other conference hotels a few blocks away. A downtown dock means freight arrives on a booked target, and PNDC's two-day hall means a single move-in day before the Thursday opening. We read the PNDC exhibitor kit and file every form that touches the booth, order the show contractor services and electrical, ship the exhibit to the advance warehouse so it is on the floor before you land, and book the target time. Our project manager and Seattle crew install, run the pre-show check and dismantle Friday evening after the hall closes at 6:30 pm.

What Purple handles

  • PNDC exhibitor kit, show contractor orders and target dates
  • Layout drawn to your real chair, cart and scanner dimensions
  • Graphics printed in house and proofed before production
  • Freight to the advance warehouse and drayage paperwork
  • Installation, demo-gear hookup and dismantle with our Seattle crew
  • Booth storage and reuse for your next dental meeting

PNDC exhibitor questions

Questions exhibitors ask us before PNDC

How much does a 10×20 at PNDC cost?

A complete 10×20 rental with your graphics runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a custom 10×20 runs $15,000 to $45,000, covering design, structure, graphics and installation. A 20×20 island with a chair on the floor lands between $16,000 and $40,000 as a rental or $50,000 to $120,000 custom. Send your equipment list and we return a fixed quote.

Can you install at Summit - Seattle Convention Center?

Yes. Purple builds in Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas, ships to Summit, and installs with our own project manager and Seattle labor. We book the freight target, handle the downtown dock schedule, connect your demo equipment and have the booth ready before your team arrives on Thursday morning.

Can we rent a booth for PNDC?

Yes. Rental structures with your printed graphics, custom demo counters and a hybrid of the two are all available. Most first-time PNDC exhibitors start with a 10×10 or 10×20 rental, then keep the custom counter and product fixtures for their next dental meeting.

When do we need to decide?

Design sign-off by mid-January gives a comfortable 30 to 45 day build and an early-March ship date to the advance warehouse. Later is possible; the trade-off is choice of finishes and higher freight cost. If your booth contract is signed, the next call is enough to start.

Do you handle the show contractor orders and drayage?

We read the PNDC exhibitor kit, place the material handling, electrical and furnishing orders with the show contractor, file the forms that concern the booth and keep you copied on every deadline. Your team shows up to a finished booth with the demo gear plugged in.
