Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Parenteral Drug Association)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the PDA Annual Meeting space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center (formerly Raleigh Convention Center)
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the PDA Annual Meeting venue requires
Published rates:
- Electrical: $125 advance, $195 floor per 20-amp 110V outlet, 2026 venue sample pricing
- 208V power: $220 advance, $230 floor per 208V outlet up to 30 amps, 2026 venue sample pricing
- Internet: $350 advance, $450 floor for shared wired internet, 2026 venue sample pricing
- Water or compressed air: $190 per connection, 2026 venue sample pricing
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- Now to December 2026: Request 2027 space through PDA's exhibitor form; we sketch a 10×20 and a 20×20 plan for your instruments.
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in, with demo equipment, power and literature quantities locked.
- Mid-January to February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, including plinths and counters for the instruments you ship.
- Late February 2027: Freight ships to the destination PDA's 2027 exhibitor kit names; venue utility orders filed at advance rates.
- Move-in days before March 15, 2027: Our project manager installs with vetted local labor through the West Lenoir Street docks and tests every demo.
- March 15–17, 2027: Exhibit hall open in three windows; after the 1:45 p.m. Wednesday close we dismantle and send the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Send PDA's Become an Exhibitor request for the 2027 meeting and tell us the footprint offered
- List every instrument you will ship, with weight, power and any compressed air or water need
- Decide which PDA Week audience leads your back wall: sterile manufacturing, drug-device or inspection
- Staff all three hall windows, including Wednesday's 8 a.m. Continental Breakfast
- Prepare printed technical summaries, since recording is prohibited at PDA events
- Sign off the design by early January 2027
- Book staff rooms only through PDA's chosen hotel when PDA posts it
