Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Informa Markets
- Material handling at the venue, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the venue
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- First Look Pavilion: $3,500 turnkey 8×8 startup package (2026 show)
- Extra exhibitor badges: $40 each beyond four per 100 sq ft (2026)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When PSP Expo announces 2027: Booth reserved through your account executive; we size the equipment wall, spa deck or backyard set to the space.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: equipment list, spa weights, water and power needs and every graphic approved.
- Four to five months before the show: The Exhibitor Service Manual opens in the Exhibitor Portal; we place service orders and file shipping and installer forms.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; decks load-tested and equipment mounts built.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 manual; spa delivery scheduled with your factory.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Our project manager runs install, demo checks and dismantle, then the kit goes to storage or your next show.
