Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Society for Clinical Trials)
- Material handling / drayage, if the SCT Annual Meeting space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the SCT Annual Meeting venue requires
Published rates:
- Meeting registration (2026): Member $725, non-member $995 through March 23, 2026
- Reception guest ticket: $100 per guest, 2026 Networking Welcome Reception
- Late registration (2026): Member $825, non-member $1,095, March 24 to May 20, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- When SCT releases 2027 exhibitor details: Reserve your exhibit; send us the products, publications and demos you plan to show.
- About 10 weeks before the meeting: Design sign-off: backdrop, demo screen, literature stand and table cover.
- 8 to 4 weeks before the meeting: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; kit packed in rolling cases.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight booked to the hotel or the contractor named in SCT's exhibitor information.
- Move-in before May 16, 2027: Our project manager sets up the kit and tests the demo screen.
- May 16–19, 2027: SCT 2027 in Chicago; we pack the kit for storage or your next meeting.

Checklist
- Ask SCT for 2027 exhibit and sponsorship details as soon as they are released
- Submit contributed oral or poster proposals by December 1, 2026
- Nominate a study for the David Sackett Trial of the Year by January 4, 2027
- Register staff when registration opens in 2027
- List the publications and demos you will bring
- Confirm the hotel's receiving hours before shipping
- Plan staffing around the keynote lectures and award sessions
- Decide whether the kit continues to ACRP or DIA
