Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for TGA Show
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the TGA Show venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, November 15, 2026 tier: $31 per sq ft TGA member, $34 non-member (2027 show)
- Booth space after December 15, 2026: $35 per sq ft TGA member, $37 non-member (2027 show)
Key dates
- TGA booth space moves to its top rate ($35 member / $37 non-member per sq ft) after this date: December 15, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- By November 15, 2026: Book space at the November tier ($31 member / $34 non-member per square foot) and send us your footprint and collection list.
- By December 15, 2026: Last date before space moves to $35 / $37 per square foot; design sign-off on shelving, test lane and graphics.
- January 2027: Build and print in our Las Vegas shop; samples staged for the packing table.
- February 8, 2027: Industry Day: workshops, keynotes and networking while the floor is closed; final booth touches on TGA's move-in schedule.
- February 9–10, 2027: Exhibit floor open; dismantle after 3:30 p.m. on February 10 and the booth returns to our storage.

Checklist
- Book space before December 15, 2026, when the rate reaches its top tier
- Send your square footage and booth position from the TGA floor plan
- List collections, case sizes and weights for the shelving and packing table
- Decide whether you want a creator filming corner and who will demo
- Plan staff for Industry Day on February 8 and two floor days
- Pick the next show for the booth, such as MAGIC the following week
