Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling (drayage) at the venue, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the venue
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Tabletop space: $2,500 per 8×10 tabletop, 2026

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the 2027 event
- When 2027 registration opens: Register your tabletop with full payment; locations go first come, first served, so early registration means a better spot.
- About 10 weeks before the event: Design sign-off: backdrop, sample tower, cutaway system board and table graphics approved.
- 8 to 4 weeks before the event: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; logo files sent to the organizers by their published deadline.
- About 2 weeks before the event: Kit ships in cases to the 2027 hotel; power and furniture ordered through the event's links.
- Tabletop day, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Set-up in under an hour before the tabletop session; in 2026 the session ran 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- After the tabletop session: Kit packed and returned to Fishkill, or routed to your Coverings or TISE booth.
