Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Independent show owners)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Tucson Gem Show
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Halls, hotels and tents across Tucson requires it
Published rates:
- JOGS 10×10 Zone A booth: $4,950 to $5,300 depending on hall (2027)
- JOGS outdoor tent: $3,500 for 10×20, $7,000 for 20×20 (2027)
- TGMS public admission: $15 including $1 TCC ticket tax (2027)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- October to November 2026: Choose your show or shows, confirm space and read each owner's rules and deadlines.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off on counters, lighting and graphics that fit every show you booked.
- December 2026: Production in our shop over 30 to 45 days; lighting tested with your stones.
- Mid-January 2027: Freight to Tucson routed to each show's move-in schedule and contractor.
- January 27–February 14, 2027: The showcase runs; our project manager moves with your kit between shows if you exhibit at more than one.
- Late February 2027: Kit returns to storage, ready for JCK week in Las Vegas in June.
