Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Terrapinn
- Material handling (drayage) at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the World Vaccine Congress Washington venue requires
Published rates:
- Start-Up Zone booth: $500 for a 1-metre booth, 2027 (pitch upgrade $1,000)
- Drayage: About $175 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- 55 percent registration discount ends: November 13, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late December 2026
- Now to November 13, 2026: Choose a booth package with Terrapinn and book extra staff passes during the 55 percent registration discount.
- Late December 2026: Design sign-off; contractor consent requested from Terrapinn and electrical needs listed.
- January to mid-February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; non-flammable materials and graphics checked against Terrapinn's fire rules.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the official advance warehouse; labor, electrical and lead retrieval ordered from the exhibition manual.
- Move-in days before March 8, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor install, test screens and set the meeting table before the workshops start.
- March 9–11, 2027: Main congress days; after the 3 p.m. close on March 11 we dismantle and route the booth to storage or your next meeting.

Checklist
- Book extra staff passes before Terrapinn's 55 percent discount ends November 13, 2026
- Choose a booth package, or check Start-Up Zone eligibility (under 5 years, under 15 staff)
- Pick the two of the 16 tracks your buyers attend so the booth speaks to them
- Ask Terrapinn's team to register your exhibitor staff and list Purple as your contractor
- Decide on an Exhibition Hospitality Reception and the drink package
- Sign off the booth design by late December 2026
- Load your team into the Terrapinn Events app when it opens about six weeks out and book meetings
