Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to 7x24 Exchange International
- Material handling / drayage, if the 7x24 Exchange space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes requires
Published rates:
- Vendor registration, member: $2,200 early bird, $2,500 after the cutoff, 2025 Spring Conference
- Vendor registration, non-member: $2,500 early bird, $2,800 after the cutoff, 2025 Spring Conference
- Conference hotel rate: $266 per night single or double plus tax, JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes, 2025 Spring Conference
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late March 2027
- Mid-November 2026: 7x24 Exchange opens 2027 partner sales; choose a tier that includes the display rights you need.
- Late March 2027: Design sign-off for the showcase display and reception graphics, about 10 weeks out.
- April to early May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; product plinths and lighting tested.
- About 3 weeks before: Display cases ship to the delivery point in the partner instructions.
- June 6–9, 2027: Conference week; we set your display for the showcase window and strike it the same night.
- October 3–6, 2027: The same kit can travel to the Fall 2027 Conference at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix.
