The 2027 Spring Conference runs June 6–9, 2027 at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, under the theme Powering the AI Surge. The Fall 2027 Conference follows on October 3–6, 2027 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix.

Spring conferences meet at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes, including June 6–9, 2027 and June 4–7, 2028. Fall conferences rotate: San Antonio in October 2026, then the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix for 2027 and 2028.

There is no booth floor. Suppliers take part as conference partners, in tiers from Bronze to Marquis Plus+, and at the fall 2026 conference the Marquis Plus+ partners displayed products at an evening Partner Showcase. 2027 booth-style display rights are not confirmed yet.

7x24 Exchange says sponsorships are sold out for the rest of 2026 and that 2027 sponsorships will be offered on its sponsorship page from mid-November 2026. Partner slots sell out, so plan the budget before then.

The Fall 2026 Conference in San Antonio lists 1,300 attendees, three days, 16 sessions and 30+ speakers. 7x24 Exchange also reports 500+ member companies and 29 local chapters around the world.

Anyone involved with 7x24 infrastructure: data center, IT, disaster recovery and network managers, facility and building managers, supervisors and engineers. Vendors and consultants attend too, but the sessions are built around owner and operator experience.

Fall 2026 partners included power and cooling makers such as Cummins, Eaton, Siemens, Rolls Royce MTU, Rehlko, Generac, S&C Electric, SOCOMEC, EnerSys and Munters, plus contractors such as Burns & McDonnell and DPR Construction.

At the fall 2026 conference, the Marquis Plus+ Partner Showcase ran Monday, October 26 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. as an Oktoberfest night where top-tier partners displayed their latest mission critical products, with $20,000 in gift cards drawn for attendees present.

A display that sets up fast on hotel carpet, reads across a busy ballroom at night and tells one power-chain story. We build lit plinths, a headline graphic and storage for literature, all packed in rolling cases.

CEU credits are available at 7x24 Exchange conferences, according to the 2025 Spring Conference brochure. Attendees also need a government-issued ID to pick up name tags, and the conference runs paperless through its mobile app.

It is for companies selling UPS, switchgear, generators, batteries and power distribution to data center owners, who come for peer case studies rather than to walk a floor. It costs a partner package instead of a booth, so it suits brands that want relationship time.

A showcase display built for a hotel ballroom carries over to DCD>Connect New York at the Marriott Marquis and to DCD>Connect Virginia. We store it between the Spring and Fall conferences and refresh graphics for each theme.

Vendor registration for the 2025 Spring Conference cost $2,200 for members and $2,500 for non-members before the early-bird cutoff, rising to $2,500 and $2,800 after it. Partner packages are priced separately in a sponsor guide sent on request; 2027 rates are not confirmed yet.
