Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your AABC US booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the AABC US space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Early breakdown penalty: No less than $1,000, 2026 exhibit kit
- Hotel group rate: $285 per night at Hilton San Diego Bayfront, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When Cambridge EnerTech opens 2027 sales: Book an 8×10 space or a sponsorship package; send us the cells, data and messages you want to show.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: fabric graphic, counter, monitor stand and sample display approved.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; graphics test-hung on a pipe-and-drape frame of the same size.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Maxum orders filed and cases shipped to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibit kit.
- Move-in day before the hall opens: Our project manager installs within the organizer's set-up window (Monday, December 7 for the 2026 edition).
- Last show day, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: We dismantle only in the assigned window to avoid the early-breakdown penalty and route the kit to storage or your next battery show.
