We build AABC exhibits for automotive battery engineers who stop between chemistry and xEV sessions and want a cell, a data curve and an answer. The 2026 floor sells 8×10 pipe-and-drape spaces through Maxum Expo Services, so we design graphics and counters that fit that frame.

What makes AABC US different, and how we build for it
Cambridge EnerTech founded the Advanced Automotive Battery Conference more than 25 years ago, and it is built around the engineers who choose cells for vehicles.The 2026 program opens with Tutorials and the Large-Scale Batteries and Recycling symposia, then runs Chemistry, Engineering, Battery Manufacturing, Raw Materials, xEV Battery Technology and AI for Energy Storage tracks, with ALTA Americas co-located on metals supply. The exhibit hall is a support act: uniform 8×10 spaces, open between sessions. Sponsors buy podium talks, One-on-One Meetings and Invitation-Only VIP Dinners to reach OEM teams.
They sit in the xEV Battery Technology and Chemistry tracks and compare suppliers on energy density, fast-charge behavior, safety data and qualification timelines.
Battery Manufacturing, Manufacturing Production and Raw Materials sessions draw people sourcing equipment, cathode and anode material and recycled metals for North American plants.

Inside AABC US 2027
Rules that shape your AABC US booth
The 2026 kit gives each exhibitor an 8×10 framed in drape with a name sign, and anything more is ordered from the contractor. We size graphics and counters to that frame instead of shipping a freestanding wall.
Cambridge Innovation Institute names Maxum Expo Services as its official general contractor and exhibit services company, with ordering through Maxum's online portal (2026 kit). We place your furnishings, shipping and labor orders there.
The 2026 kit sets dismantle for Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and charges no less than $1,000 to exhibitors who broke down early. Our project manager starts pack-out only at the assigned time.
The organizer warns that exhibitors have been targeted by booth scams and tells them to deal only with Cambridge Innovation Institute, its divisions or Maxum Expo Services. We route every order through those two and nobody else.
Programs worth planning for
You choose top prospects from the pre-conference registration list and Cambridge EnerTech arranges the meetings, with a guaranteed minimum; a very limited number of packages are sold.
A 15- or 30-minute talk inside a conference program, at breakfast or lunch, in a separate session or at a pre-conference workshop; lunch talks reach attendees already seated in the main room.
Selected delegates from the pre-registration list join a private function at an upscale restaurant or hotel reception, with invitations handled by Cambridge EnerTech.
Monday symposia (December 7 in 2026) that open the conference beside the Tutorials, drawing grid-storage and recycling specialists before the main tracks.

AABC's 2026 space came as an 8×10 framed by drape and rails. We print a tension-fabric graphic that hangs on that frame, so your brand and one headline number read from the aisle without a freestanding wall the space cannot hold.

Engineers leaving the xEV Battery Technology track want proof in seconds. We mount one cell or module in a sealed acrylic case beside a monitor showing a single curve, such as fast-charge capacity retention, and keep the rest for the conversation.
