Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Anaheim Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Anaheim Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Anaheim Convention Center requires

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late August 2027
- Early 2027: Request the PharmSci 360 prospectus and reserve space through AAPS's online form.
- Late August 2027: Design sign-off; hanging-sign plans and island layout fixed.
- September 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; EAC registration and insurance filed (September 15 in the 2026 cycle).
- Mid-October 2027: Crates and hanging signs ship to the contractor's advance warehouse, signs by the date in the 2027 manual.
- Days before November 14, 2027: Move-in by our project manager with vetted local labor; carpet and flooring laid first.
- November 14–17, 2027: Meeting days; we dismantle only after the Solution Center closes and route freight to storage.

Checklist
- Request the PharmSci 360 2027 prospectus from AAPS
- Choose a linear or an island before planning a hanging sign
- Group capabilities by development stage for the five tracks
- List instruments and their power, weight and dimensions
- File EAC registration and insurance when AAPS opens it
- Plan carpet or flooring for the whole booth
- Get AAPS approval for any client reception
- Book staff rooms near the Anaheim Convention Center
