AAPS PharmSci 360 2027Exhibitor guide for Anaheim: booth costs, key dates, deadlines

AAPS shares booth rates only in the prospectus it sends on request, so space is quoted directly to you. For the build, a 10×20 rental from us runs $7,500 to $15,000 and a custom 20×20 island $50,000 to $120,000. Anaheim union labor and freight weight move the total most.

AAPS has not published 2027 deadlines; they are not confirmed yet. In the 2026 cycle the EAC form and insurance were due September 15, hanging signs had to reach the warehouse days before move-in, and booths were finished by 5 p.m. the day before opening. We plan design sign-off for late August 2027.

A rental works well here: we bring capability walls, a front counter held to AAPS's 4-foot aisle limit, lighting, storage and flooring, with freight and the Anaheim install on one quote. A 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000; AAPS bills space separately through its prospectus.

Only small jobs. Southern California's trade show labor agreement, which covers Anaheim, lets exhibitors hand-carry and set up only items that need no hand tools, one person can manage in under 30 minutes and measure no more than 10 feet. Anything larger uses union labor, which we book.

Only over an island of 20×20 or larger. AAPS sets the hanging-sign line at 25 feet from the floor to the top of the sign, requires the contractor's hanging-sign labor form and wants the sign at the advance warehouse by a fixed date before move-in (2026 rules). Linear booths may not hang signs.

The official contractor's tariff comes in the 2027 exhibitor service manual. Our planning figure for Anaheim is about $170 to $180 per hundredweight with a 200-pound minimum, so a 1,000-pound booth budgets near $1,800 each way; we put the estimate on your proposal.

A CRO or CDMO booth built for PharmSci 360 also travels to CPHI Americas, DCAT Week and SOT ToxExpo in 2027. Between shows we keep it in storage, reprint the capability panels for the next crowd and route the crates onward.

Only with AAPS approval. Its 2026 rules required every exhibitor social function to be pre-approved, barred hospitality suites during official meeting dates, kept education out of approved functions and limited them to before 8 a.m. or after 5:30 p.m.

PharmSci 360 2027 runs November 14–17, 2027 at the Anaheim Convention Center, per AAPS's future events page. AAPS has not posted 2027 Solution Center days, so they are not confirmed yet. Before Anaheim comes PharmSci 360 2026 in New Orleans, October 25–28, 2026.

PharmSci 360 2027 is at the Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W. Katella Avenue, Anaheim, California, per AAPS's future events page. It follows the 2026 New Orleans meeting at the Morial center; AAPS has not yet said which Anaheim halls the Solution Center will use.

AAPS does not publish an attendance count; it describes thousands of pharmaceutical scientists from around the world. Nearly a thousand posters were presented in 2024, and AAPS itself has more than 7,000 member scientists and professionals.

The American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, a nonprofit scientific society based in Arlington, Virginia, organizes PharmSci 360 and also runs the National Biotechnology Conference and the Summer Scientific Forum.

Only in your own booth outside exhibit hours. Under the 2026 rules, only AAPS's official photographer and AV vendor may shoot during the show, and recording booth presentations during exhibit hours needs written approval from AAPS in advance.

PharmSci 360 2028 is scheduled for October 22–25, 2028 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, per AAPS's future events page. A booth built for Anaheim in 2027 can be stored and refreshed for Charlotte.
