Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to American Clean Power Association)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the ACP OMS space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Long Beach Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Long Beach Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, ACP member: $39 per sq ft after October 1, 2026 (early bird was $37)
- Booth space, non-member: $49 per sq ft after October 1, 2026 (early bird was $47)
- 10×20 space, regular rate: $7,800 member, $9,800 non-member, 2027
- Drayage planning figure: About $170 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–2027
Key dates
- 100% of OMS booth fees due to ACP: December 15, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- November 2026: Booth number from ACP, product and sample list to us, first concept; we read the Exhibitor Service Kit in the Resource Center.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off about 10 weeks before the show; full booth payment to ACP is due December 15.
- Late December 2026 to January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with carpet, graphics and sample plinths built together.
- Early February 2027: Freight ships to the advance warehouse on the kit's dates; electrical, internet and labor orders filed.
- Move-in days before February 23, 2027: Union installation in Long Beach with our project manager, ready before the 5 p.m. Exhibit Hall Opening Reception.
- February 23–25, 2027: Show days, then dismantle, return freight and storage until CLEANPOWER 2027 in Anaheim in May.

Checklist
- Confirm ACP membership status before January 10, 2027 to keep member rates
- Pay 100% of booth fees by December 15, 2026
- Plan flooring: carpet is mandatory and not included
- Download the Exhibitor Service Kit from the Map Your Show Resource Center
- Register booth staff: 2 badges per 100 sq ft
- List heavy samples with weights for freight and floor planning
- Ask ACP about 2027 sponsorships; lobby columns, entrance banners and Demo Day are listed as sold
- Brief staff on the Tuesday 5 p.m. opening reception
