ACP OMS 2027Booth costs, dates and deadlines: the Long Beach exhibitor guide

OMS 2027 runs Tuesday, February 23 through Thursday, February 25, 2027. The Exhibit Hall Opening Reception is Tuesday from 5 to 6 p.m., the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour and Poster Gallery & Reception are Wednesday from 5 to 6 p.m., and Thursday ends with a community service project.

OMS 2027 takes place in the Long Beach Convention Center on East Ocean Boulevard in Long Beach, California. The 2026 edition was in Orlando, Florida, so 2027 brings the conference to the West Coast and closer to California's wind, solar and storage fleets.

ACP charges $39 per square foot for members and $49 for non-members after October 1, 2026, so a 10×20 is $7,800 or $9,800 in space alone. Carpet, freight and labor are extra. A Purple 10×20 rental typically runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a 20×20 custom island $50,000 to $120,000.

Each 100 square feet includes pipe and drape and two complimentary registrations, and nothing else: a 10×20 gets four badges and a 20×20 gets eight. Carpet is not included but is mandatory, so we either supply flooring with your booth or file the order for you.

ACP requires 100% of booth fees by December 15, 2026, or within 30 days of invoice if invoiced later; applications after December 15 must pay in full before the space is confirmed. Cancellations or reductions after December 15 carry a 100% fee with no refunds or transfers.

Exhibit hall hours for OMS 2027 are not confirmed yet. ACP's published schedule fixes the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception on Tuesday, February 23 from 5 to 6 p.m. and an Exhibit Hall Happy Hour on Wednesday, February 24 at the same time, alongside the Poster Gallery & Reception.

ACP counted 1,600+ attendees, 165+ exhibitors and 90+ speakers at OMS 2026. The audience is the field and headquarters workforce of wind, solar and storage operators: O&M managers, safety leaders, technicians, trainers and emerging leaders under 30 entering the industry.

Demo Day gives exhibitors 25-minute stage presentations in the exhibition hall, subject to ACP review and approval, at $2,500; the 2027 slots are listed as sold. The PowerCast Stage also runs 25-minute expo-floor sessions on field-applicable takeaways, chosen through the conference program.

Booth labor in Long Beach is union work under the show contractor's agreements, and ACP keeps the self-setup rules in its Exhibitor Service Kit. Purple's Long Beach venue guide plans about $170 per hundredweight for 2026 and 2027 with a 200-pound minimum; the OMS tariff sits in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Heavy turbine parts drive that bill, so each crate gets weighed in Fishkill and the freight line appears on your proposal.

ACP members pay $39 per square foot against $49 for non-members, and lower registration rates. If your membership status changes before January 10, 2027, ACP moves your booth to non-member rates and reissues the invoice, so renewals matter before booking.

The American Clean Power Association runs OMS alongside its other events: CLEANPOWER in Anaheim in May 2027, ACP RECHARGE for storage in Austin in September and the Siting + Permitting Conference in New Orleans in April.
