Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to American Clean Power Association
- Material handling at the Austin Marriott Downtown, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ACP RECHARGE
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Austin Marriott Downtown requires it
Published rates:
- Registration, ACP member: $1,251 early bird to $1,597 regular, 2026
- Registration, non-member: $1,511 early bird to $1,856 regular, 2026
- Cancellation fee: $150 administrative fee before the cutoff, 2026 policy
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: June 2027
- Spring 2027: Choose an ACP sponsorship or exhibit package for RECHARGE 2027 once registration and sponsor sales open.
- June 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before the conference: tabletop backdrop, product riser and safety panel approved.
- July 2027: Production of portable graphics and cases; approvals filed with ACP for any motorized display 30 days ahead.
- August 2027: Exhibitor kit forms filed and freight booked to the hotel's receiving schedule.
- September 13–15, 2027: RECHARGE runs; our project manager sets up before opening and packs out after the close.

Checklist
- Ask ACP for the 2027 RECHARGE sponsor and exhibit packages
- Confirm what space your package includes: table, area or meeting room
- Write a one-page safety summary for first responders
- Pick one sample that travels in a carry case
- Get ACP approval 30 days ahead for any motorized display
- Register every staff member; badges cannot be shared
- Plan any reception around the official agenda with ACP approval
- Reuse the graphics at CLEANPOWER or RE+
