ACP RECHARGE 2027 runs September 13–15, 2027 in Austin, Texas, at the Austin Marriott Downtown. The 2027 agenda, exhibit area hours, setup times and registration rates are not confirmed yet; the 2026 edition ran in Aurora, Colorado, just outside Denver.

RECHARGE 2027 is at the Austin Marriott Downtown, a conference hotel at 304 East Cesar Chavez Street in downtown Austin, Texas. The 2026 edition was in Aurora, Colorado, just outside Denver, so 2027 moves the event to Texas.

ACP sells exhibiting and sponsorship together for RECHARGE, with a small exhibit area inside the conference: 15 exhibitors in 2026. There is no public floor plan or square-foot rate, so companies start through ACP's sponsorship contact, and we build to the package you book.

For 2026, ACP members paid $1,251 early bird, $1,424 advance and $1,597 regular, and non-members $1,511, $1,683 and $1,856; one-day passes were $958 for members. Rates for 2027 are not confirmed yet, and exhibit packages are quoted separately.

RECHARGE 2026 drew 600 attendees, 15 exhibitors and 80+ speakers, per ACP. That small size is the point: storage developers, utilities, ISOs and investors spend three days in the same rooms, and a sponsor sees most of the audience at the breaks. Attendance for 2027 is not confirmed yet.

ACP lists energy storage manufacturers and suppliers, technology and service providers, investors and financiers, developers, construction firms, energy buyers, utilities and grid operators, community members and new entrants, first responders and the media. The 2026 stage included Tesla, NextEra, Samsung SDI and CAISO.

A compact one: a tabletop or sponsor display with a lit backdrop, a product sample on a riser and a clear safety panel. We do not pitch a 10×20 or island here because the event does not sell them; the same graphics can scale up for CLEANPOWER in May.

ACP's event policies apply: demonstrations and literature stay inside your assigned space, space cannot be shared without written consent, nothing is packed before the close, motorized items such as drones need approval 30 days ahead, and no unescorted person under 18 enters an exhibition area.

Only with ACP's prior approval. By registering, attendees agree not to hold trainings, receptions, client events or other large gatherings that conflict with official sessions or special events, so we plan sponsor gatherings around the published agenda.

The inaugural RECHARGE Awards in 2026 honored people and projects advancing energy storage in four categories: Energy Storage Champion, Excellence in Safety & Reliability, Project of the Year and Innovator of the Year, presented in Aurora. A 2027 call for entries is not confirmed yet.

RECHARGE is a paid conference: a badge comes only with registration, badge sharing is not allowed and each registration belongs to one person, though colleagues from the same company may substitute. Cancellations before the published cutoff carry a $150 administrative fee (2026 policy).

For a storage system or safety supplier who needs time with developers, utilities and fire officials, a 600-person conference with 15 exhibitors gives far more conversations per dollar than a giant hall, but no walk-up crowd. Companies wanting volume leads should pair it with CLEANPOWER or RE+.
