Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your ACRP booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the ACRP space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ACRP
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina requires

Key dates
- ACRP 2027 hotel block at the Marriott Marquis closes: March 24, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- Now to January 2027: Reserve your booth type through ShowCare's platform; send us the activities and demos you plan.
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off: backwall, counter, screen and the furnishing package we build around.
- February to March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; booth activity request form filed at least 30 days before move-in.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight ships per the exhibitor service kit; hotel rooms booked by the March 24 cut-off.
- April 30, 2027: Move-in from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Welcome Reception and Opening Night Celebration in the hall.
- May 1–2, 2027: Two full expo days; teardown from 6:31 p.m. on May 2, then freight to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Reserve your ACRP booth type through ShowCare and choose a furnishing package
- List every booth activity and file the request form at least 30 days before the April 30 move-in
- Book Marriott Marquis rooms by March 24, 2027
- Plan staff for every dedicated exhibit hour from April 30 to May 2
- Upgrade Expo-Only badges to full conference for $599 where useful
- Book a scheduled in-booth demo slot if offered
- Use the pre-show mailing list to invite site customers
- Plan freight return for the Sunday-night move-out
