What makes ACRP different, and how we build for it
ACRP is the meeting of the people who run clinical trials at the site level, and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals gives its Expo Hall 12 hours of unopposed time to meet them.Breakfasts, lunches, extended networking breaks and evening receptions all happen on the floor, the Expo Hall Main Stage carries prize announcements and entertainment, and a prize program sends attendees from booth to booth. Inside ACRP 2027
Rules that shape your ACRP booth
Exhibitors planning any booth activity must submit ACRP's booth activity request form no less than 30 days before move-in (2027 rules). We list demos, games and giveaways in the design and file the form with you.
ACRP requires booths to be staffed during all dedicated exhibit hours, from the April 30 receptions through the Sunday evening reception. We plan a layout that two people can work comfortably through meals and breaks.
Booths may not be broken down before the Sunday Networking Reception concludes; move-out runs May 2 from 6:31 to 8:30 p.m. We schedule dismantle labor and the freight pickup inside that window.
Each booth includes pre-negotiated Package A, B or C furniture, one per 10×10, two per 10×20 and three per island, with no substitutions. We build the backwall and counter around the package you choose.

Four things we get right for ACRP exhibitors
1Design around the meals
At ACRP the Expo Hall hosts breakfast, lunch, extended networking breaks and the evening receptions, so traffic arrives with plates and coffee. We keep counters at standing height with room to set a cup down, and put the message where someone in the lunch line can read it.
2File the booth activity form
Any booth activity at ACRP 2027, from a demo to a game, needs ACRP's booth activity request form no less than 30 days before the April 30 move-in. We list every planned activity alongside the design in February and file the form with you well ahead of that cut-off.
3Pick the right furnishing package
ACRP's turnkey booths include Package A (6-foot skirted table), B (high-top and barstools) or C (café table), with no substitutions. We choose the package that fits our backwall and counter, usually the high-top, so the booth looks designed rather than rented.
4One move-in day, Sunday teardown
Move-in runs Friday, April 30 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Welcome Reception starts at 3:45 p.m., and no booth may come down before 6:31 p.m. on Sunday. We pre-build and pack in labeled cases so set-up finishes in hours.

Logistics for ACRP 2027, handled
ACRP 2027 fills the exhibit space of the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, the waterfront hotel at 333 West Harbor Drive, about 3 miles from San Diego International Airport. ShowCare runs expo sales and operations, and ACRP lists VIPER as its tradeshow services manager. Each turnkey booth comes with a furnishing package, an electrical outlet, an ID sign, two lead retrieval licenses and Wi-Fi. Move-in is a single window on Friday, April 30, and move-out runs Sunday, May 2 from 6:31 to 8:30 p.m. after the Networking Reception. We ship to the address in the service kit, bring the booth in cases sized for hotel corridors, and our project manager handles install and teardown.

ACRP's 2027 turnkey prices are $7,468 for a standard 10×10, $7,777 for a corner, $14,420 for a 10×20 inline, $15,296 for an endcap and $29,994 for a 20×20 island. Our exhibit goes on top: a 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000, depending mostly on screens and graphics.
What comes with an ACRP booth?
Each booth includes a furnishing package with an electrical outlet and ID sign (one for a 10×10, two for a 10×20, three for an island), two lead retrieval licenses, Wi-Fi, one full-conference and two Expo-Only registrations, and pre- and post-show mailing lists. Expo-Only badges upgrade for $599 each.
Can we rent a booth for ACRP?
We rent ACRP booths that sit around the turnkey package: a fabric backwall, a branded counter, a screen and lighting, packed for a hotel. Shipping, install, teardown and return are priced together on one fixed proposal, separate from the booth fee you pay ACRP.
What are the ACRP 2027 exhibitor deadlines?

Can we reuse our ACRP booth at other shows?
We build ACRP booths in modules so the backwall and counter move on to DIA Global, SCOPE or the Society for Clinical Trials meeting once the prints are swapped. The kit lives in our warehouse in between, and we rewrite the panels for each audience.
When is ACRP 2027?
ACRP 2027 runs Friday, April 30 to Monday, May 3, 2027 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. The Expo Hall opens with receptions on April 30, runs full days May 1 and 2, and is closed on May 3. ACRP 2026 was held April 24–27, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
Where is ACRP 2027 held?
ACRP 2027 is held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, 333 West Harbor Drive, close to the San Diego Convention Center and the Gaslamp Quarter. The Expo Hall is inside the hotel, so we plan freight, carts and crates for hotel service corridors rather than convention-center docks.
What are the ACRP 2027 Expo Hall hours?
The Expo Hall opens Friday, April 30 with the Welcome Reception at 3:45 p.m. and the Opening Night Celebration from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday runs from breakfast at 8 a.m. to a reception ending 6:45 p.m.; Sunday runs 7:45 a.m. to a 6:30 p.m. reception. It is closed Monday, May 3.
