Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to American Chemical Society)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ACS Spring venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: About $155 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple New Orleans planning rate
- Insurance minimum (2027): $1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate
- Expo-only pass: $10 Expo & Career Navigator ticket, 2024 New Orleans meeting
Key dates
- Contest, demonstration and giveaway plans due to ACS Show Management in writing: February 26, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- November 2026: Reserve 10×10 units with ACS; send us instrument weights, power and the techniques you want on the backwall.
- December 2026: Freeman opens the Exhibitor Service Kit; we order electrical, rigging, carpet and material handling and book Projection for any AV.
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off: counters, data screens, literature racks inside the footprint and any hanging sign drawings.
- January to February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; certificate of insurance filed at least 30 days before move-in; giveaway plans to ACS by February 26.
- March 20–21, 2027: Move-in, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; our project manager builds the booth and tests the demo before the 5 p.m. Sunday show-ready deadline.
- March 22–25, 2027: Expo open March 22–24; after the 2 p.m. Wednesday close we dismantle by Thursday noon and send the booth to storage or ACS Fall.

Checklist
- Reserve 10×10 units with ACS early and ask for a corner if you run a live demo
- List the techniques and chemistry divisions you serve for the backwall keywords
- Send instrument weights, power and data-screen needs before design sign-off in early January
- File a certificate of insurance naming ACS, Freeman and the Morial Convention Center at least 30 days before move-in
- Send contest, demo and giveaway plans to ACS Show Management by February 26, 2027
- Register booth staff for the two full conference badges each 10×10 includes
- Book rooms only through SPARGO, the official housing provider
- Decide whether the booth continues to ACS Fall in San Diego in August
