Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Terrapinn
- Material handling (drayage) at the venue, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the venue
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the venue requires it

- Drayage, Hynes (2026 venue): About $190 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the 2027 move-in
- November 4–5, 2026: Walk the 2026 Boston congress or send us notes and photos of it; we sketch a 2027 footprint from what worked.
- When Terrapinn publishes 2027 dates: Reserve your stand or start-up unit and confirm the city, venue and official contractor.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off; contractor consent requested from Terrapinn and electrical needs listed.
- 30 to 45 days before shipping: Production in Fishkill, NY; non-flammable panels, graphics and lighting tested before crating.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 manual; labor and electrical ordered.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Our project manager installs before opening, and after the close we pack the stand for storage or your next CGT meeting.

Checklist
- Watch Terrapinn's site for the 2027 dates, city and venue
- Collect photos and notes from the November 4–5, 2026 Boston congress
- Check start-up village eligibility: under 4 years, under 25 staff, $5 million raised or less
- Decide which of the eight tracks your buyers attend and write the stand headline to them
- Prepare a poster application for your science team
- Sign off the stand design about 10 weeks before the 2027 move-in
- List Purple as your contractor so we can request Terrapinn's written consent
