For a compact two-day CGT congress the 10×20 rental tier fits most suppliers: $7,500 to $15,000 from Purple. A 20×20 custom island for a CDMO or logistics firm runs $50,000 to $120,000. Terrapinn bills stand space through its prospectus, and labor and drayage follow the 2027 city's rates.

The 2027 dates are not confirmed yet. The most recent edition runs Wednesday and Thursday, November 4–5, 2026, at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, after November 2024 and November 2025 editions in Philadelphia. Once Terrapinn publishes 2027 dates we set your build calendar from them.

The 2027 host city and venue are not confirmed yet. The congress began in the U.S. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, which hosted it in November 2024 and November 2025, and moved to the Hynes Convention Center in Boston for 2026. We build stands that ship easily to either city.

We do. The rental kit covers an aluminum frame, fabric graphics, LED lighting, a meeting table and a counter with a lock, and the proposal adds freight, union install, teardown and Terrapinn's contractor forms at one fixed price. The kit returns to our warehouse when the congress ends.

Roughly 50 young CGT firms fill Terrapinn's start-up village. To qualify you need to be less than four years old, below 25 employees and funded with $5 million or less; the package is a 3-foot unit, a printed name panel, two conference passes and the evening drinks. Our shop prints the panel graphic.

It depends on the 2027 city, which is not confirmed yet. In Boston, Massachusetts union jurisdiction limits exhibitors to small tasks under set size and height limits, and Terrapinn requires written consent for any outside contractor. We check the 2027 manual and quote the labor once the venue is named.

We design these stands so the walls and counter carry on to ASGCT in Philadelphia in May 2027 or BioProcess International in Boston in September, with new graphics. Between meetings the crates stay in our warehouse, ready for the next cell and gene therapy audience.

We do, once Terrapinn's 2027 exhibition manual names the contractor: electrical, carpet, labor and material handling orders, freight to the advance warehouse and the written contractor consent Terrapinn requires. You approve each order on the proposal first.

Terrapinn lists 1,200-plus attendees, 200-plus speakers, 50-plus exhibitors and 50-plus biotech start-ups for the two-day 2026 Boston congress, over eight content tracks. That makes it a compact floor where a well-run 10×20 is seen by most of the room.

Entry is by paid ticket for industry professionals, and Terrapinn bars anyone under 16 from the congress. Healthcare professionals can claim a free ticket through the Clinician Hub, so expect hospital cell therapy staff on the floor as well as industry buyers.

For a new custom stand, yes: November 4–5, 2026 is less than two weeks away and our builds take 30 to 45 days. A rental or an existing booth refresh can still work for 2026, and we start the custom 2027 design now so it is ready whenever Terrapinn sets the date.

For CDMOs, logistics firms and market access consultants in cell and gene therapy it is a commercially focused two-day congress with 1,200-plus attendees in 2026 and a buyer-and-seller mix by design. It is smaller than ASGCT, so a mid-size booth stands out and meetings are easier to land.

Suppliers to cell and gene therapy developers: manufacturing and CDMO partners, supply chain and logistics companies, and pricing and market access specialists, plus 50-plus biotech start-ups in the 2026 start-up village.
