Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to The Genome Partnership
- Material handling (drayage) at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek requires it
Published rates:
- Private meeting room: $2,000 per day, three-day minimum, 2027
- Sponsor badge packages: $2,500–$4,300 per person with hotel, 2027
- Minimum bids: $7,500 bag insert to $20,000 Wi-Fi or light towers, 2027
- Pre-conference workshop AV: About $10,000 on top of the bid, 2027
Key dates
- AGBT 2027 contributing sponsor bids due, 11:59 p.m. CT: November 3, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- By November 3, 2026: Submit contributing sponsor bids; tell us which suite or room you are bidding on so we can plan both outcomes.
- November 6, 2026: AGBT notifies winning bidders; we book a hotel site visit to measure the suite or room.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off: suite graphics, displays, clings and furniture plan approved by you and checked against AGBT's sponsor rules.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; sponsorship payment due to AGBT by January 8, 2027.
- Setup window before March 1, 2027: Freight to the hotel on the setup times AGBT gives confirmed sponsors; our project manager installs the suite.
- March 1–4, 2027: AGBT General Meeting; after the last session we pack the suite for storage or ASHG.

Checklist
- Choose the suites, rooms or events to bid on before November 3, 2026
- Mark contingent bids if you want only one of several suites
- Book a hotel visit to measure your suite as soon as AGBT confirms your award
- Register sponsor staff promptly; badges and hotel rooms come through AGBT registration
- Submit every suite gathering to AGBT for approval before March 1
- Plan any event over 25 people for an approved after-hours window
- Send us instrument dimensions and weights for the delivery route
- Budget sponsorship payment by January 8, 2027
