Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Moscone West
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Moscone West requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $4,900 per 10×10 for corporate members, $5,400 standard, 2027 rates
- Corner and island upgrades: +$500 corner, +$1,500 island, 2027 rates
- Spotlight session, 15 minutes: $8,500 members, $9,500 non-members; exhibitors save $500, 2027
- Drayage: About $180 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 Moscone planning figure
Key dates
- Last day to cancel AMCP 2027 meeting space for a refund: February 27, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early February 2027
- November 2026: Reserve space on the AMCP 2027 floor plan; your medical team's professional poster abstracts are due November 2.
- January 2027: AMCP's Exhibitor Services Kit and the meeting space reservation link open; we order carpet, electrical and material handling.
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off, with approved claims and evidence graphics from your medical-legal review.
- Mid-February to late March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; counters, meeting room walls and graphics built and test-assembled.
- April 13–14, 2027: Move-in at Moscone West, Tuesday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and Wednesday 8–10 a.m.; the Expo opens at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
- April 15, 2027: Expo closes at 2:30 p.m.; teardown runs to 6 p.m., then the booth goes to storage or to AMCP Nexus in Orlando.

Checklist
- Reserve your AMCP 2027 booth on the floor plan and ask exhibits@amcp.org about emerging-company or non-profit rates
- Submit professional poster abstracts by November 2, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Pacific
- Decide on a Spotlight session or Payer Suite and its theater before we fix the booth location
- Book meeting space when AMCP's reservation link opens in January 2027; refunds end February 27
- Send approved claims, evidence summaries and logos for graphics by early February 2027
- Plan payer appointments for the two Expo days and load them into the AMCP app
- Book staff rooms in the AMCP hotel block for the $100 registration discount
