Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy)
- Material handling at the Orlando World Center Marriott, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for AMCP Nexus
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Orlando World Center Marriott requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $5,200 per 10×10, 2026 rate
- Corners and islands: $500 per corner; $1,500 island upgrade, 2026 rates
- Nonprofit and emerging company booths: $2,800 and $3,400 per 10×10, 2026 rates
- Private meeting room: $2,700 to $5,250 per day, 2026 rates
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early August 2027
- During Nexus 2026 (October 27–28): Booth selection for Nexus 2027 opens in the Expo Hall Sales Office; Nexus 2026 exhibitors hold first right of renewal.
- Early August 2027: Design sign-off: back wall, outcome charts, meeting nook, carpet and lighting approved.
- August to September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; graphics printed, counters built and the booth test-assembled.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibitor kit; EAC form and insurance certificate filed.
- Move-in days before opening: Our project manager and vetted local labor install the booth at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
- October 18–21, 2027: AMCP Nexus 2027; after the expo closes we dismantle and send the booth to storage or AMCP 2028.

Checklist
- Decide at Nexus 2026 (October 27–28) whether to renew or pick your Nexus 2027 booth in the Expo Hall Sales Office
- Ask AMCP whether you qualify for the emerging company or nonprofit rate before you contract
- Choose the outcome and HEOR charts the booth wall must carry
- Book a private meeting room early; AMCP assigns them first come, first served
- Send us brand files, label and fair balance copy for every graphic
- Sign off the design by early August 2027
- Register staff using the one full and two expo-only registrations per 100 square feet
