Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Applied Market Information LLC
- Material handling (drayage) at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the AMI Plastics World Expos venue requires
Published rates:
- Early-order savings: Advance rate on venue orders placed 21 days before the first show day (2026 manual)
- Card payments: 3% fee on debit and credit card venue orders (2026 manual)
- Parking: $10–$12 a day in surrounding garages, per the venue
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late August 2027
- May to June 2027: AMI opens its Exhibitor Resource Center five to six months before the show; we pull the Freeman and venue order forms and set the stand plan.
- Late August 2027: Design sign-off; machine weights, power and compressed-air points marked on a scaled plan for Edlen and Mills James.
- September to early October 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days: skids, sample walls, theater seating and graphics built and test-assembled.
- 21 days before opening: Venue orders go in 21 days before opening, the advance-rate cutoff in the Center's 2026 manual; crates leave for Freeman's advance warehouse.
- November 10–11, 2027: AMI Plastics World Expos open; we install during build-up hours, run your demos and stay through the Wednesday networking party.
- After the Thursday close: Dismantle, machine sections returned to your carrier and the stand sent to storage or your next plastics show.

Checklist
- Pick your expo: Compounding, Recycling, Extrusion or Polymer Testing, since it decides your hall
- Send us machine weights, footprints and power and compressed-air needs for every running unit
- Submit a 20-minute theater paper as soon as AMI opens its 2027 call; only stand holders qualify
- Gather bale, flake and pellet samples with their test figures for the jar wall
- Sign off the design by late August 2027
- Place venue orders 21 days before November 10 to keep the advance rate
- Book rooms only through AMI's hotel links; AMI uses no housing agency
- Register stand staff as exhibitors, and buy networking party tickets at registration
