Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to American Nuclear Society)
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ANS Annual Conference
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace requires it

- Exhibit table: $2,000 ANS member, $2,500 non-member, 2026 Annual
- Sponsorship range: $3,500 Copper to $50,000 Empower, 2026 Annual
Key dates
- ANS Annual 2027 paper summaries and abstracts due: January 15, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- January 15, 2027: ANS deadline for paper summaries and abstracts; pair a paper with your exhibit table.
- March 2027: Exhibit contract and payment to ANS once the 2027 prospectus is out.
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off for the tabletop riser, header and pull-up graphic.
- May 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop; kit packed in rolling cases and shipped on ANS's instructions.
- June 13–16, 2027: Conference days; our project manager sets your table before the opening reception and packs it at teardown.

Checklist
- Ask ANS conferences for the 2027 Annual prospectus and exhibit contract
- Pick three preferred table locations and any neighbors to avoid
- Choose the one part, instrument or model that goes on the table
- Submit any technical paper summaries by January 15, 2027
- Send the release and indemnity agreement and insurance with the contract
- Order power for a lit riser through the hotel's supplier
- Plan staff for the opening reception, luncheons and coffee breaks
