Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your ANS Winter Conference booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the ANS Winter Conference space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ANS Winter Conference
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ANS Winter Conference venue requires
Published rates:
- Exhibit space: $4,000 ANS member, $4,500 non-member, 2026 Winter
- Electrical: Not included with the space, 2026 prospectus
- Sponsorship range: $3,500 Copper to $30,000 Empower, 2026 Winter
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-August 2027
- June 2027: Exhibit contract and payment to ANS once the 2027 prospectus is out; send us the space number.
- Mid-August 2027: Design sign-off for the backdrop graphic, tabletop riser and product mounts.
- September 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop; graphics proofed against your product photos.
- Mid-October 2027: Cases ship to the Westin or the service contractor on ANS's shipping instructions; power ordered.
- October 31–November 3, 2027: Conference and expo days; our project manager sets your table before the opening and returns for teardown.

Checklist
- Ask ANS conferences for the 2027 prospectus and exhibit contract
- Choose space only or a sponsorship level that includes a space
- List the parts or instruments you will put on the table, with sizes and weights
- Send the release and indemnity agreement and insurance certificate with the contract
- Order power for lit displays through the facility's supplier
- Plan staff around the reception, luncheons and coffee breaks in the expo
- Book Washington hotel rooms for staff arriving before the October 31 opening
