Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling / drayage, if the APEC space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- In-line booth: $4,070, 2027 rate
- Corner booth: $6,105, 2027 rate
- Drayage planning estimate: About $155 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–2027 planning figure
Key dates
- Exposition set-up closes at 3 p.m.: March 8, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- November 12, 2026: APEC's Exhibitor Services Kit opens; we file T3 Expo, electrical and internet orders against the advance-order discount.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off: demo benches, sample storage and graphics approved; designs of 400 sq ft or more go to show management.
- January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; demo counters wired and tested with your evaluation boards.
- February 2027: Booth crates ship on the freight schedule in the kit; certificates of insurance uploaded to the Exhibitor Portal.
- March 6–8, 2027: Set-up Saturday by appointment and Monday 8 a.m.–3 p.m.; the Exposition opens at 4:45 p.m. Monday.
- March 10–11, 2027: Breakdown from 2:30 p.m. Wednesday to 2 p.m. Thursday; carriers check in by 8 a.m. Thursday.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number, size and corner status from the APEC contract
- List the evaluation boards, instruments and power each demo needs
- Decide whether the design reaches 400 sq ft and needs show approval
- Upload certificates of insurance to the Exhibitor Portal
- Order T3 Expo, ENCNO electrical and internet before the advance deadline
- Claim Full Conference and Exhibitor Badges for your staff
- Request the Hilton New Orleans Riverside sub-block if you qualify
- Book Saturday set-up by appointment or plan for Monday 8 a.m.–3 p.m.
