Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your APhA Annual Meeting booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling at the Charlotte Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Charlotte Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $4,200 per 10×10 inline; $4,500 corner, 2027 rates
- Island space: $18,000 (20×20), $26,400 (20×30), $34,800 (20×40), 2027
- Presentation Theater: $50,000 each, 2027 rate
- Parking: $8 to $20 a day in convention district garages, per APhA
Key dates
- Balance of APhA2027 booth fees due; Presentation Theater decisions due: December 4, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- By December 4, 2026: Balance of APhA booth fees due, and the decision deadline for Presentation Theaters and several sponsorships.
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off: back wall, demo counters, island tower drawings and any requests to deviate from APhA's height rules.
- January to mid-February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; graphics, counters and lighting built and test-assembled.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the warehouse named in the APhA2027 Exhibitor Service Kit; carpet and electrical ordered.
- March 18–19, 2027: Move-in, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. both days; booth ready before APhA's 6 p.m. inspection on Friday.
- March 21, 2027: Exposition closes at 3 p.m.; we dismantle by 8 p.m. and send the booth to storage or your next pharmacy meeting.

Checklist
- Pay the balance of APhA booth fees by December 4, 2026
- Decide on a Presentation Theater by December 4, 2026
- Send us your top four booth choices from the APhA floor plan
- Plan a reason to stop during the Friday night Opening Reception
- Ask APhA in advance if you plan any retail sales
- Book rooms through Expovision and make changes before March 1, 2027
- Sign off the design in early January 2027
