Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to American Public Power Association)
- Material handling at the Orlando World Center Marriott, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for APPA National Conference
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the APPA National Conference venue requires
Published rates:
- 10×20 booth: $4,000 Elite member, $4,500 Corporate Associate, $8,000 nonmember, 2026 rates
- 10×10 booth: $3,000 Elite member, $3,500 Corporate Associate, $7,000 nonmember, 2026 rates
- APPA hotel rate: $247 per night plus 12.5% tax and a $20 resort fee, 2027
- Resort parking: $38 per night self-park, $55 valet, 2027 location page
Key dates
- APPA group hotel rate cutoff at the Orlando World Center Marriott: May 25, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- Early 2027: Booth reserved through APPA's ExpoFP floor plan; APPA membership level confirmed for the member rate.
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in: backwall, low counter, lighting and graphics.
- April to May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against APPA's display rules.
- May 2027: Fees due 30 days before the event; hotel rate cutoff Tuesday, May 25; freight ships on the vendor kit schedule.
- June 18–23, 2027: Installation, expo days with our project manager on call, and teardown only after the hall closes.

Checklist
- Confirm your APPA corporate associate membership is current for the member rate
- Reserve a 10×20 on APPA's ExpoFP floor plan as soon as it opens
- Get APPA three logo files: RGB JPEG, vector EPS and a transparent PNG
- Approve a backwall message for public power CEOs, with no comparisons
- Book the Orlando World Center Marriott before May 25, 2027
- Pay booth fees in full 30 days before the event
- Plan staffing for the expo reception evening
- Keep the booth for APPA's E&O Conference the following spring
