Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your ASBMB Annual Meeting booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ASBMB Annual Meeting
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $3,650 per 10×10, 2027 rate; corner fee $200
- University, nonprofit or federal rate: $2,400 for the first 10×10, then $3,650 each, 2027
- Tech Talk: $4,000 for a 20-minute talk, 2027
- Drayage: About $190 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Booth orders due to the decorator (carpet, furniture, electrical, labor): February 20, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late January 2027
- October 31, 2026: ASBMB's priority point deadline; points set the order of booth selection appointments, so we send your footprint plan before your slot.
- December 2026: Booth balance due December 1, the exhibitor manual and service kit arrive, and we start design around your assigned space.
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off; company description to ASBMB by January 9 and sponsorships confirmed by January 23 for loyalty points.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; carpet, furniture, electrical and labor orders placed before the February 20 decorator deadline.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; move-in happens in the days before the April 3 opening reception.
- April 3–6, 2027: ASBMB 2027 meeting and exhibit hall; after the April 6 close we dismantle and send the kit to storage or your next show.
