Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to American Society of Consultant Pharmacists)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the ASCP Annual Meeting space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the venue
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $4,800 per 10×10 inline, 2026 rate
- Corner fee: $200 per corner, 2026 rate
- Main Stage Express Talk: $1,500 per 15-minute talk, 2026 rate
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When ASCP opens 2027 sales: Pick your booths on ASCP's online floor plan; full payment is due at reservation under the 2026 terms.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: packaging plinth, cart display, software screen, carpet and furniture approved.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; power for the running equipment tested in our shop.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the warehouse named in the 2027 Exhibitor Service Kit; contractor orders placed.
- Move-in day: Our project manager and vetted local labor set the booth inside ASCP's short install window.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: After the last exhibit session we pack out the same afternoon and route the booth to storage or your next pharmacy meeting.

Checklist
- Watch ASCP's events calendar for the 2027 dates and venue
- Decide between a single unit and two combined units before reservations open
- Budget full payment at reservation, as the 2026 terms required
- List the packagers, carts or screens that must run, with power needs
- Plan a giveaway or reason to stop during the Friday Opening Reception
- Buy Duck Race or drink tickets if you want extra Saturday traffic
- Send us brand files and booth number for the design
- Book exhibitor rooms through ASCP's exhibitor portal
