ASCP Annual Meeting 2027Exhibitor guide: booth costs, dates and deadlines

ASCP charged $4,800 per 10×10 inline in 2026, plus $200 per corner, with a discount for Corporate Partners; 2027 rates are not confirmed yet. Our build is separate: a 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000. At ASCP the extras that move the total are flooring, since the hall is bare, and power for running equipment.

ASCP has not opened 2027 sales, so no booking deadline is published. Under the 2026 terms, full payment was due at reservation, check or wire payments within 30 days, and island cancellations after January 16, 2026 earned no refund. Our side runs on a ten-week clock: design approval, then production, then freight.

A Purple rental for ASCP covers the frame, printed fabric graphics, LED lights, a counter, the carpet the hall lacks and furniture, with shipping, setup and teardown included in a fixed price. For a working packager we add a reinforced plinth and power drops, and the rental comes back to us afterward.

In 2026 each contracted 10×10 included four full meeting badges without CE credit, an exhibitor listing in the mobile app, pre- and post-meeting mailing lists of opted-in attendees, a company ID sign, and backdrop and side-rail drape. The hall is not carpeted and furniture is ordered from the exhibit contractor.

Under ASCP's 2026 terms, linear booths cancelled by January 16 got a full refund minus $200, then 50% through July 10 and nothing after. Island booths got 50% minus $200 through January 16 and nothing after that. Cancellation requests go to the ASCP Exhibits Manager in writing.

ASCP's 2026 prospectus counts over 70 exhibitors. Attendees list automated dispensing, carts and packaging equipment, EHR and pharmacy software, generics, drug delivery, GPOs and emergency or after-hours pharmacy services among the solutions they look for, along with drug manufacturers serving older adults.

LTC pharmacy suppliers also exhibit at the NCPA Convention, APhA's annual meeting and NHIA, so we build ASCP booths from panels that grow from a 10×20 to a larger inline. After the meeting we hold the panels and plinths in storage, and we reprint only the graphics that change.

We do. ASCP sends exhibitors to its exhibit contractor's Exhibitor Service Kit for carpet, furniture, electrical and freight handling. We place the orders that our own build does not cover, time freight to the warehouse dates in the kit and copy you on every confirmation.

ASCP's 2027 dates are not confirmed yet on its own website. The most recent meeting, the 2026 ASCP Annual Meeting & Exhibition, runs October 29 to November 1, 2026, and the 2025 meeting ran October 23–26, 2025 in San Diego.

The 2027 city and venue are not confirmed yet by ASCP. The 2026 meeting is at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, and the 2025 meeting was at the Town and Country in San Diego, so ASCP moves between resort hotels.

ASCP's 2026 prospectus tells sponsors their message reaches more than 800 attendees and counts over 70 exhibitors. ASCP itself has 4,000+ members across all 50 states, Puerto Rico and 12 countries. Figures for 2027 are not confirmed yet.

The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, the society for pharmacists who manage medications for older adults and medically complex patients. ASCP runs the meeting and sells exhibit space and sponsorships through its exhibits manager.

ASCP's process has three steps: view the floor plan on ConferenceHarvester, choose an open booth, and rent it online, contacting the exhibits sales manager to combine booths. Once you have a booth number, send it to us and we design to the floor plan.
