Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling at the Wynn & Encore Las Vegas, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Asembia AXS Summit
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Hotel deposit: Two nights' room and tax per AXS27 block room, charged at booking (2027)
- Registration cancellation: Refund less a $300 fee until March 1, 2027; no refund after
Key dates
- Every AXS27 booth fully installed (move-in closes 1 p.m. PT): April 26, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- November to December 2026: Request the AXS27 prospectus from Asembia and pick space on the floor plan, where 103 exhibitors were already placed in October 2026.
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in; island and hanging sign drawings prepared for the GES manual's rules.
- March 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas shop; staff registrations settled before Asembia's March 1 refund cutoff.
- Early April 2027: GES orders for electrical, internet, furnishings and material handling filed against the manual's deadlines; crates staged in Las Vegas.
- April 25–26, 2027: Move-in Sunday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Monday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.; the Opening Exhibits & Networking Reception starts at 4 p.m. Monday.
- April 28–29, 2027: Closing Reception in the hall Wednesday 4 to 6 p.m., dismantle 6 to 9 p.m., final move-out Thursday by 11 a.m., then storage in Las Vegas.

Checklist
- Request the AXS27 prospectus and pick a booth on the floor plan before the best islands go
- Register every booth staffer and installer for a full-access AXS27 badge
- Book your meeting suite inside the Wynn & Encore block and check its fixed furniture layout
- File any client dinner or reception with Asembia for written approval
- Sign off the design by mid-February 2027
- List the screens, demos and refrigerated samples you will show so we size GES power
- Plan staffing around Tuesday and Wednesday breakfast, lunch and the two receptions
- Settle registration changes before March 1, 2027
