AXS27 is a host-run summit: Asembia, the company behind the Asembia Specialty Pharmacy Network and a specialty pharmacy group purchasing organization, runs the whole week inside Wynn & Encore Las Vegas.The exhibit hall is where the Summit eats. Inside Asembia AXS Summit 2027
Rules that shape your booth
Asembia allows move-in Sunday, April 25 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Monday from 7 a.m., and every AXS27 exhibit must be installed by 1 p.m. that Monday. We pre-assemble in Las Vegas so the Wynn build fits the window.
All exhibiting personnel, booth staff and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors alike, must register and wear an official AXS27 badge in the hall, and AXS27 sells no hall-only passes. We submit every installer name ahead of time so badges are ready at move-in.
Private receptions, restaurant buyouts, hospitality events, meeting rooms and private dining during Summit dates need Asembia's prior written approval, including at Wynn-owned restaurants. We schedule booth events around that approval and the official agenda.
Official AXS27 meeting suites must sit in the Wynn block, and for 2027 Wynn & Encore will not move or remove furniture in Villas, Encore Salons, Apartments or Duplex suites. We size suite graphics to the existing layout.
Programs worth planning for
The hall opens Monday, April 26, 2027 from 4 to 6 p.m. with a networking reception, and the Closing Reception returns Wednesday 4 to 6 p.m.; breakfasts and lunches are served on the floor in between.

AXS27 serves breakfast and lunch on the floor Tuesday and Wednesday and opens and closes the hall with evening receptions. We put a wide, uncluttered front on your booth so a plate-holding crowd can stop for two minutes, with literature racks and badge scanners at hip height.

Cristal Ballroom, Upper Convention Promenade
Wynn's fact sheet places the Cristal Ballroom on the Upper Convention Promenade, with a loading dock, staging area and truck platform along its side; Wynn's ballrooms run 25,350 to 83,000 square feet without pillars.
Our advice A pillar-free ballroom lets an island sit anywhere on the plan, so we design hanging signs and sightlines for an open room.
Lafite and Latour ballrooms

AXS27 runs in resort meeting space, so freight, power and internet go through GES, Asembia's general contractor, using the AXS27 Exhibitor Services Kit; Asembia lists its ordering deadlines in the GES Exhibitor Services Manual. Move-in is Sunday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Monday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., dismantle starts Wednesday at 6 p.m., and everything must be out by 11 a.m. Thursday. Wynn's own fact sheet maps load-in doors from its Lafite and Latour ballrooms to the loading dock and a truck platform beside the Cristal Ballroom. We stage your crates at our Las Vegas hub and meet the GES targets, and your Purple project manager runs the build on the floor with the labor the show requires.

For a hub, data or software company, a 10×20 Purple rental at AXS27 runs $7,500 to $15,000; a manufacturer's 20×20 custom island runs $50,000 to $120,000. At the Wynn, what moves the number is GES power and internet, rigging for a hanging sign and any reception catering. Asembia prices booth space separately in its AXS27 prospectus, sent on request.
What is the move-in deadline for AXS27 exhibitors?
Asembia opens move-in on Sunday, April 25, 2027 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and again Monday, April 26 from 7 a.m., and every booth must be fully installed by 1 p.m. Monday. We ask for design sign-off in mid-February 2027 so the booth is built and test-assembled weeks ahead.
Can we rent a booth for AXS27, and what does a rental include?
We rent complete AXS27 booths from our Las Vegas hub: frame, printed fabric graphics, lighting, counters, monitor mounts, storage and flooring, plus the build, the GES coordination and dismantle on Wednesday night. Nothing ships cross-country for a rental, and after move-out on Thursday morning the kit goes back to our shop.
Do our booth staff and installers need AXS27 registrations?
They do. Asembia requires every exhibiting company staffer, including Exhibitor Appointed Contractors, to register and wear an official AXS27 badge in the hall during event hours. The Summit sells only full-access registrations, with no exhibit-hall-only or single-day passes, so we send you the names of the install labor early.
Can we hold customer meetings in a hotel suite during AXS27?
Official AXS27 meeting suites must be booked inside the Wynn & Encore room block by a registered attendee and follow Asembia's suite guidelines. New for 2027, the hotel will not move or remove furniture in Villas, Encore Salons, Apartments or Duplex suites, so pick a layout that already works. Private receptions need Asembia's written approval.
Who handles freight and material handling at Wynn for AXS27?
GES is the contractor named in Asembia's exhibitor resources: its AXS27 Exhibitor Services Kit covers material handling, shipping, electrical, internet, furnishings and lead retrieval, and its manual sets the order deadlines. We price material handling on your proposal from the kit rates and deliver crates on GES's schedule from our Las Vegas hub.
When does the AXS27 exhibit hall open?
April 26 to 28, 2027. Monday brings the Opening Exhibits & Networking Reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday has breakfast from 7 a.m., lunch at noon and open hall hours to 4 p.m. Wednesday has breakfast, lunch and the Closing Reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Asembia notes the final hours may still move.
Can we reuse our AXS27 booth at other pharmacy shows?
We build AXS27 booths in modules that also fit the AMCP Annual Meeting in San Francisco two weeks earlier, ASHP Pharmacy Futures in Seattle in June and McKesson ideaShare back in Las Vegas the same month. Between shows the booth stays in our Las Vegas warehouse with fresh graphics printed for each audience.
Can we host a reception or dinner for clients during AXS27?
Only with Asembia's written approval. Receptions, restaurant buyouts, hospitality events, meeting rooms and private dining during Summit dates need a request listing the event name, date, times, location and expected attendance, and Wynn-owned restaurants are covered too. Asembia warns that skipping approval can cost a company its registration.
When is Asembia AXS27?
Asembia's AXS27 Summit runs Sunday, April 25 to Thursday, April 29, 2027. The exhibit hall is open April 26 to 28, with exhibitor move-in on April 25 and the Monday morning, and final move-out on the Thursday morning.
Where is AXS27 held?
At Wynn & Encore Las Vegas, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd South, where Asembia returns after AXS26. Which Wynn ballroom holds the AXS27 exhibits is not confirmed yet; Wynn's fact sheet lists three ballrooms and 26 meeting rooms in 500,000 square feet of event space.
How many people attend the Asembia Summit?
Asembia describes AXS27 as drawing thousands of healthcare and pharmacy professionals, but it has published no attendance count, so the AXS27 figure is not confirmed yet. The floor itself is easier to measure: 103 exhibitors already held booths on the AXS27 floor plan in October 2026, six months before move-in.
Is AXS27 open to the public?
AXS27 is an industry summit, closed to the public, with paid full-access registration for specialty pharmacies, manufacturers, health systems, PBMs, payers, distributors and their partners. Every attendee wears the AXS27 badge at all official activities, and registration transfers are limited to one per registration within the same company.

Asembia sells exhibit space directly: request the AXS27 prospectus, booth availability and pricing from the exhibitor team, then choose a booth on the digital floor plan. Registered exhibitors get the Exhibitor & Sponsor Portal for staff registrations and tasks, and the GES kit for show services.
