Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy)
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ASGCT Annual Meeting
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Pennsylvania Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, inline: $74 per sq ft, 2027 rate (10×10 to 10×30)
- Booth space, island: $87 per sq ft, 2027 rate (20×20 and larger)
- Corner fees: $550 corner, $825 main-aisle corner, 2027
- Startup and nonprofit discount: $3,500 off before Series B; $500 off first-time, 2027
Key dates
- Island and hanging-sign renderings due in the ASGCT Exhibitor Console: March 25, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- Now to January 31, 2027: Apply on ASGCT's first-come booth application; we sketch inline and island footprints against the live Hall B+A floor plan.
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off; island renderings, hanging-sign drawings with an engineering stamp and the EAC form prepared.
- March 3 to March 31, 2027: Booth balance due March 3; renderings to the Exhibitor Console by March 25; demo, giveaway, catering, photography and ancillary event forms by March 31.
- March to April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; flame-retardant certificates gathered, graphics printed, crates packed for Heritage's warehouse.
- Move-in, ending 4 p.m. May 3, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the booth, lay the required flooring and test lighting before ASGCT's occupancy deadline.
- May 4–6, 2027: Exhibit hall days, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; dismantle starts after the 6:30 p.m. close on May 6, then the booth ships to storage or your next meeting.

Checklist
- Submit the ASGCT exhibitor application before February 1, 2027, when full payment becomes due with it
- Decide inline (up to three bays) or island, since ASGCT sells no end-caps or peninsulas
- Name Purple as your exhibitor-appointed contractor for an island and send us your booth confirmation
- Sign off the design by mid-February 2027 so renderings reach the Exhibitor Console by March 25
- List giveaways beyond ASGCT's pre-approved items and keep each under $10
- File demo, catering, photography and ancillary event requests by March 31, 2027
- Book staff rooms in the ASGCT block, which also earns Priority Points
- Send us poster titles and data you want echoed on the booth graphics
