Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to American Society of Human Genetics)
- Material handling / drayage, if the ASHG Annual Meeting space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at Nashville
- Booth cleaning and any union labor Nashville requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: Inline 10×10 $4,870 early to $5,660 late, 2026 rates
- Island space: $52.85 to $59.25 per sq ft, 20×20 minimum, 2026
- New Exhibitor Pavilion: $4,045 turnkey 10×10 ($4,450 late), 2026
- CoLab session: $8,000 to $10,000 per 30-minute slot for exhibitors, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-August 2027
- Late 2026: ASHG publishes 2027 booth details; reservations follow its priority point structure, and early rates in 2026 ran through March 31.
- Spring 2027: Book space at the early rate and choose any CoLab or Industry Education session; ancillary event applications in 2026 closed in mid-June.
- Mid-August 2027: Design sign-off; island drawings with heights and hanging signs prepared for ASHG approval.
- September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; service orders placed before the contractor's discount date, EAC form and insurance filed.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse, which ASHG recommends for crated freight; move-in happens before the October 26 opening.
- October 26–30, 2027: ASHG 2027 in Nashville; no packing before the official close, then we dismantle and send the booth to storage.

Checklist
- Ask ASHG's exhibits team for your 2027 booking code and priority points
- Book at the early rate once 2027 sales open
- Decide on a CoLab or Industry Education session
- Approve the design by mid-August 2027

- File show insurance and the EAC form for every installer
- Register booth staff and guests; badges cannot be shared
- Plan flights after the official close to avoid the $750 early-dismantle fine
